Hours: 8:30am - 3:45pm

Key Highlights of the Role:
- Provide general classroom support, assisting the teacher with daily lessons and activities.
- Deliver small group interventions to support literacy, numeracy, and other targeted areas.
- Build strong relationships with students to promote confidence and engagement in learning.
- Assist in preparing and organising resources to create a stimulating learning environment.
- Support students who may require extra help, ensuring inclusivity and progress for all.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience supporting students in a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and staff.
- Adaptability, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
