If so, Milestone Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in SEND to work with a partnered school in Birmingham.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure an inclusive environment by providing personalised support for students with diverse educational needs and disabilities.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to EHCP assessments.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to enhance students' academic and personal development.
- Encourage student involvement in school activities and facilitate social interactions.
- Manage classroom behaviour and provide support during crises.
Requirements:
- Must possess an Enhanced DBS check.
- Previous experience within a school setting is required.
- A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching or education qualification is desirable but not essential.
- An understanding of children's development needs.
- Ability to work as part of a supportive and encouraging team.
