ABC Teachers is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Oldbury. This full-time role starts in April 2025 and offers the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.
Your Role:
- Support the educational, social, and emotional development of students.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
- Assist students aged 11-19, providing one-to-one and small group support.

- Specialises in complex and profound SEN, ensuring tailored support for every student.
- Fosters a positive, secure, and stimulating learning environment.
- Easily accessible from West Brom, Dudley, and Smethwick.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience working with children and young people with additional needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
