Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant for an Ofsted rated Outstanding Primary School in Central East Birmingham.

We are looking to appoint a reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic TA to support a year 5 pupil who has ADHD and challenging behaviour.

The school are looking for an individual who has previous experience in a similar role including a passion for working with children with SEND, strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

This is a part time role for 4 days a week (Mon to Thur), long-term opportunity to start as soon as possible, and the position will continue on an ongoing basis.

Supply TA Experience, Training and Qualifications
-It is essential that you have SEN Teaching assistant experience
-Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero -Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
-Strong behaviour management skills are a must.

To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must

-Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
-Provide two professional child related references.
