We are looking for experienced florist to join our team at ASPEN FLORA Birmingham New Street Station.
The retail unit is located inside the railway station
Minimum 5 years of floristry experience.
A portfolio of previous work will be required before an interview
Must have experience in all aspects of floristry
Essential Skills & Experience
- Be able to work in a team and independently
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Solid understanding of colour combinations and flower combinations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Prepare and package flower arrangements for delivery and pick-up
- As part of the team you might be asked to work additional hours when needed at peak times such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and Christmas period Nov-Dec and holiday cover.
Work schedule: We will consider full-time and part-time applicants.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
