Key Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on work completed, offering guidance and training where necessary.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Develop and manage cleaning schedules and report on team performance.
