We are a rapidly growing Birmingham-based organisation looking for a Human Resources Assistant to contribute significantly to our team's success.

Position Overview:In this role, you will support our HR team by managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll tasks, and coordinating HR projects. Your work will be critical in creating a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment efforts, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary candidate screenings.
  • Manage and update employee records with confidentiality and precision.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Provide support for payroll processing and benefits coordination.
  • Organise training sessions and team development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensure adherence to UK employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., PeopleSoft).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
