The Role:

As our experienced administrator, you'll be the engine that keeps our operations running smoothly. From ensuring compliance to delivering top-notch customer service, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Take charge of back-office administration tasks with finesse and flair.
  • Be the gatekeeper of compliance, ensuring our candidates are ready to hit the road.
  • Forge strong relationships with candidates and clients alike through stellar communication.
  • Navigate the fast lane of multitasking, managing inquiries and deadlines with ease.
  • Champion our team ethos, stepping up to the plate whenever needed.
  • Support with back office administration tasks.
  • Ensure interim candidates have registered correctly and compliantly via our on boarding software before commencing assignment
  • Obtain copies of identification and qualifications legally required from the interim candidate.
  • Deal with general queries regarding payroll from interim candidates
  • Ensure Timesheets are sent and returned on time each week
  • Maintain good relationship with interim and permanent candidates as well as clients when calling in
  • Manage general telephone enquiries as appropriate
  • To maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
  • Maintain passwords for all software and programmes.
  • Operate as a key member of the team, as well as on your own initiative when required
  • In addition to these functions, you will be required to undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.

  • Tech-savvy skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
