  • Develop a high-level people strategy and business plan that aligns with key business objectives and addresses potential risks.
  • Provide HR counsel to the Board, Executive Team, and Senior Leadership Team on all people-related issues.
  • Create an HR framework that supports the overall business plan while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Oversee all people-related activities within the organisation from both operational and HR perspectives.
  • Deliver a comprehensive HR service, proactively advising on HR best practices and supporting the people management functions that shape the company culture.
  • Lead the design and implementation of an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Plan, ensuring its integration into all people policies, processes, and practices.
