- Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer experience
- Supporting Leaders through the talent acquisitions process
- Overseeing Absence Management
- Build relationships with the local community, charities and local schools through the company’s CSR agenda
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
- At least 3 years’ related experience in Human Resources Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- College courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred but not essential.
- Experience in the hospitality sector would be of benefit however this is not essential.
