PageGroup are delighted to support a leading national organisation with the appointment of a HR Business Partner to join a busy, fast-paced team for a 6 months interim assignment (scope for permanent in future).


This role is a regional role, you will cover multiple sites around Manchester, Birmingham and Oxford.


The role can offer hybrid working for circa 3 days on-site and 2 home per week (business needs dependent)

Description

Working alongside a busy HR Team and looking after multiple sites (Birmingham, Oxford and Manchester), the role of HR Business Partner will provide commercial HR support and partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support with generalist people matters. Including but not limited to:

  • Support the business leaders to identify and implement the HR strategy
  • Up-skill and coach line manager to deal with people matters effectively
  • Proactively manage a wide range of employee relations casework
  • Support with any change management projects
  • Manage and influence the succession plan for the region
  • Develop and implement a Diversity action plan for the region
  • Ensure development initiatives are in place for all talent at all level in the region
  • Identify trends and anomalies in the HR KPIs within the region, driving discussions with the Regional Managing Directors and MD's to ensure that action plans are developed and implemented as required

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background as a HR Business Partner having previously worked in a multi-site role you will also be comfortable with travel around different sites.

Job Offer
