Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives
  • Build out the HR Operations function - systems, processes, policies and procedures.
  • Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements
  • Nurture a positive working environment

Profile

A successful HR Director should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the Human Resources field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
