HR Manager12 Month Contract, hybrid Birmingham £45,000 - 50,000 per annum DOEWe have an urgent requirement for a HR Manager to join a dynamic housing association currently undergoing TUPE process. The successful HR Manager will lead the HR function during this critical transition period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the TUPE process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
  • Conduct consultations with employees and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition
  • Manage redundancy processes, including planning, communication, and implementation
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualification Level 5 or 7
  • In-depth knowledge of TUPE regulations and experience managing TUPE transfers
  • Strong experience in handling consultations and redundancy processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
