A fantastic opportunity to work for a contemporary and dynamic creative practice as Head of the HR Team has just become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing employee relations and engagement, and overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being responsible for all employee-related matters and processes within the company
  • Working closely with other team leaders to ensure the streamlining of HR processes across the firm
  • Overseeing and managing the execution of key parts of the company’s HR strategy, including recruitment, employee relations and payroll
  • Overseeing and improving the company’s HR budget
  • General leadership of the HR team; supporting the team’s development, increasing knowledge and sharing best practice

Prospective applicants must have previous experience leading an HR team and overseeing HR policies and procedures. Applicants must also have outstanding communication, organisation and teamworking skills.
