My client based in Birmingham are a highly progressive and innovative property firm looking to recruit an HR Manager to be the heart of their business. This role is ideal for an HR professional who wants to add value, put their stamp on the role and grow the business.

This role can be full time or 4 days per week (Part time)

This role is very much strategic as well as a focus on operational support. This role will also have a a strong Learning and Development element looking at succession, career development in an Academy style set up. This role will have management responsibility for an HR Assistant.

As the HR Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to the Executive team. You will take the lead all people-related matters and processes, ensuring the right talent, policies, and systems in place to drive sustainable growth.

The main components of this role will entail:

  • Developing and executing the HR strategy in alignment in line with business objectives
  • Managing the employee life cycle
  • Providing hands-on HR support and coaching to managers to build their people management capabilities
  • Cultivating a positive organisational culture and enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative programs and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance Employment law compliance
  • Project work with a focus on the learning and development career development initiatives.

Applicants will have:

  • Solid generalist HR Manager/Senior HR experience role preferably in a fast-paced, creative industry
  • Strong strategic and operational expertise in all areas of people management
  • Exposure in Learning and Development
  • Proven track record of driving positive cultural change and enhancing employee engagement
