SF are excited to have partnered with an amazing charity in the Birmingham area. Our client is seeking a natural leader to take on the role of People Manager, where you'll lead a team of two People Advisors and collaborate closely with the wider business to ensure the delivery of key employee-related services, including engagement and wellbeing.

Hours: 37 per week (Hybrid working available)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the People function, providing support, guidance, and leadership to the team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand operational challenges and provide solutions-driven approaches.
- Oversee the effective delivery of all employee-related services, including employee engagement, wellbeing, and development.
- Act as the subject matter expert on employee relations, advising and coaching managers on best practices.
- Lead the organization's approach to employee performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Design and implement HR processes that drive success and align with the charity's mission and goals.

About You:
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and inspire teams.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to address operational challenges.
- Experience in a not-for-profit or charity environment is desirable.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable or substantial experience
