The role is based in Birmingham where you will need to be 3 days working on site and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities Include:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture. Manage performance management processes and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally as a Head of HR or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while driving change.
