Our client, a growing wealth management firm, are looking for a T&C Manager to join the business. This person will be responsible for providing oversight and structure to the training and competence of financial planners within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relevant T&C processes for supervisors and attaining competence process for all certified staff, providing training and guidance where necessary.
  • Manage and conduct the induction programme for new advisors, including the sign off process.
  • Manage the training and development requirements throughout the business and consult with the necessary colleagues to arrange relevant training/CPD sessions, delivering them where appropriate.

Experience Required:

  • Achieved the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Significant prior experience in a T&C role, specifically within Financial Advice.
