Remuneration: up to £35,000 + bonus

The role of the CAD Technician/Draughtsman Bespoke Joinery & Metalwork will involve:
- CAD Technician position dealing with a range of bespoke joinery and metalwork for shopfitting projects
- Liaising with clients to gain a full understanding of project
- Reviewing technical drawings from architects
- Producing 2D designs using AutoCAD / Inventor
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders providing support and resolving queries
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements
- Working on projects ranging in value from £30,000 - £500,000
The ideal applicant will be a CAD Technician/Draughtsman Bespoke Joinery & Metalwork with:
- Must have 2+ years design experience within the joinery, metalwork or fitout market sector
- Must have experience producing designs for manufacture
- AutoCAD / Inventor experience
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
