Description

  • Policy Review: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local legislation and alignment with business needs.
  • Template and Guidance Development: Create user-friendly templates and guidance documents to support policy implementation, enhancing accessibility for all employees.
  • Training Development: Partner with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design and deliver manager training on core HR processes, policy updates, and legislative changes.
  • Advisory and Support: Provide expert advice to HR teams and business leaders on upcoming legislation changes, and offer guidance on complex or escalated ER cases.
  • ER Case Management: Monitor and track ongoing ER cases, identify trends, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate potential future issues.

Profile

  • Extensive ER Expertise: Proven experience in handling complex Employee Relations matters, including policy development and case management.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies and local labor laws, with the ability to ensure compliance and provide guidance on upcoming legal changes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively educate and advise HR teams and business leaders on ER-related issues.
  • Training Development: Experience in designing and delivering HR-related training to managers and employees.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple ER projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
