- Manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee recruitment, including job descriptions, CV shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance on employee relations (disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working).
- Support redundancy processes and ensure compliance with formal HR legislation.
- Collaborate with managers to address HR queries and formal procedures.
- Maintain HR records, assist payroll, and update company policies.
- Create HR reports and handle advanced Excel tasks (V-lookups, formulas).
- Proven experience as a strong HR Advisor or similar role.
- Hands-on exposure to employee relations cases and redundancy processes.
- Familiarity with HR policies, formal procedures, and legislation.
- Long service in similar roles, demonstrating commitment and drive.
- Desire to progress in HR; CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel (V-lookups and formulas).
