PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful manufacturing business based in North Birmingham with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy team on a 12 month interim contract.

This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on site and 2 home per week.

Description

Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor will provide generalist support with the full people life cycle alongside assisting the HR Manager with various HR projects and initiatives.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
  • Provide advice on HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Manage recruitment, selection and induction processes.
  • Support the HR manager with various HR projects and initiative such as EDI, well being and engagement
  • Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • HR KPIs and reports

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role
