SF Recruitment are supporting a well-established white-collar business in North Birmingham seeking experienced interim HR support during a particularly busy period. Location: North Birmingham (Hybrid Working Available) Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs) or Part-time (30 hrs considered) Contract: 3-4 Weeks Initially (Potential for Extension)
Hourly rate: Equivalent to £45,000 per annum.The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and commit to the term of assignment. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting a redundancy process from start to finish, so prior experience managing end-to-end redundancy projects is essential. Working closely with the Head of HR, you'll act as a key partner in delivering a smooth and compliant process while supporting ongoing employee relations activities.
