SF Recruitment are supporting a well-established white-collar business in North Birmingham seeking experienced interim HR support during a particularly busy period.
Location: North Birmingham (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs) or Part-time (30 hrs considered)
Contract: 3-4 Weeks Initially (Potential for Extension)
Hourly rate: Equivalent to £45,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and commit to the term of assignment.
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting a redundancy process from start to finish, so prior experience managing end-to-end redundancy projects is essential. Working closely with the Head of HR, you'll act as a key partner in delivering a smooth and compliant process while supporting ongoing employee relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the delivery of a redundancy process, ensuring all stages are handled professionally and compliantly
Manage employee relations issues as they arise
Act as an additional resource to the HR team during a period of high activity
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience delivering redundancy projects from start to finish
Strong ER knowledge and experience
Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
