HR Advisor - Immediate Start & Reduced Hours!

  • 4 Month FTC
  • Birmingham based (onsite parking)
  • 4 day working week

I am exclusively working with one of my clients recruiting for an HR Advisor, on an FTC basis, focusing on ER cases.

You will play a crucial role in managing employee relations cases, providing guidance to managers, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while championing best practices in HR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and support employee relations cases across all business streams, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Coach, educate, and advise managers on best practice in relation to employment-related issues, offering a range of options to manage cases effectively.
  • Analyse and present HR management information to support HR initiatives and drive improvement across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver bespoke HR-related training to equip managers with the knowledge and skills required to manage their teams effectively.
  • Undertake a comprehensive review, update, and creation of new HR documentation as required, leading on reviewing assigned policies and associated documentation.
  • Manage multiple HR inboxes

About You:

  • Experienced in HR
  • Experienced in ER Cases
  • Proven experience managing complex ER Cases and high volume
  • Strong communication skills
  • CIPD Qualified (Ideally level 5)
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
