HR Advisor Location: Birmingham Salary: GBP35,000 per year Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced HR Advisor. The main purpose of the role is to provide outstanding HR guidance to their office and sales team Responsibilities of the HR Advisor: 路 Provide first line advice and guidance on all HR related activities. 路 Creating and posting job adverts, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish, screening candidates, interviewing, checking relevant right to work documentation etc. 路 Arranging and leading new starter inductions, as well as setting employees up on payroll, allocating key fobs, issuing vehicles and T&A setup. 路 Finding and arranging training courses, as well as maintaining training records 路 Diarise probationary reviews, appraisals and return to work interviews in appropriate managers diary and push managers for their timely completion. 路 Ensuring employees on work visas are renewing their visas in a timely fashion and promptly raise with department manager/HR Manager if there are concerns. 路 Organising and planning company social events 路 Ensuring exit interviews are completed and any issues raised are reported to the department manager and/or HR manager. 路 Dealing with employee issues on iHCM e.g. issues with holidays and account access 路 Dealing with managers issues on RealTime e.g. timesheet issues and also changes to employees work patterns 路 Promoting and driving learning and development, ensuring compliance with their CSR targets 路 Supporting disciplinary and ER meetings. 路 Building a rapport with employees so that they feel able to come to HR with any problems before the issue runs the risk of escalating. 路 Other ad hoc duties as and when required. Requirements of the HR Advisor: 路 Degree in HRM or related subject 路 CIPD level 5 路 3 - 5 years' experience within a similar role 路 Must be fully flexible and travel to other sites when required.
