Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations (ER): Serve as the ER lead, advising managers and colleagues on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and capability processes.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities across the organisation, collaborating with the Recruitment Consultant to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present KPIs and exception reports for the HR Director, providing insights into key HR metrics.
  • Learning & Development: Manage the Learning Management System and coordinate training schedules to support staff development and growth.
  • Strategic HR Projects: Partner with the HR Director on key initiatives such as succession planning and reward programs.
