Our client is seeking an experienced HR Change Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving transformational change across their business. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to lead and support people-focused change initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a good understanding of organisational design, change management, ER and workforce planning.

What you'll do:

As an HR Change Consultant, your role will be integral in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for conducting thorough impact assessments, developing comprehensive project plans for HR-related initiatives, and ensuring alignment across multiple change programmes. Your expertise in organisational design will be crucial in supporting the development and refinement of organisational structures. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes. Your ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions will be key in upskilling managers on organisational design and ER processes. Furthermore, you will develop practical toolkits and guides to support managers in leading change. Collaborating with HR CoEs, you will help develop and implement solutions that enable successful change programmes.

  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of change on employees, structures, and processes.
  • Develop and manage project plans for HR-related change initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across multiple change programs.
  • Support the development and refinement of organisational structures.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of change.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill managers on organisational design and employee relations (ER) processes.
  • Develop practical toolkits and guides to support managers in leading change.
  • Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to develop and implement solutions that enable successful change programs.

The ideal candidate for the HR Change Consultant role brings a wealth of experience in HR change management and transformation within a fast-paced, global organisation. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across all levels will be essential in this role. Strong project management skills are required as you'll be tasked with structuring and delivering HR change initiatives. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are also necessary as you'll be developing manager guides and training materials. Your strong problem-solving abilities will be crucial in navigating complexity and ambiguity. Lastly, a solid understanding of ER processes is required as you'll work with ER specialists to address people-related risks.

  • Proven experience in HR change management and transformation within a fast-paced, organisation.
  • Experience / understanding of multiple change programmes; redundancy, restructuring, offshoring, TUPE etc.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credibility across all levels.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of ER processes.
