Im currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join our well-established client based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a three month contract with home working (the contract will likely be extended)

Role: HR Generalist

Salary/Rate: £26.64 P/H (Umbrella Rate)

Working Type: HYBRID (1 DAY WFH)

Location: Birmingham B1

Reporting into the area HR Business Partner this role will suit a solid HR Advisor professional with a 2-3 years experience, this role will be first point of contact for a large headcount of colleagues on all aspects of HR and any Employee Relations issues, as well as exit interviews, inducting new colleagues into the business and managing the onboarding process, dealing with short term and long term absences and return to works.

  • Assisting with on-boarding & Creating new starter packs
  • Undertaking bench-marking and job evaluations
  • Deal with sickness and absences
  • Support on identifying areas for change and providing advice on the change process
  • Manage case work, including final written warnings
  • Supporting on and develop implementation of engagement, inclusion and well-being activities
