Overview
Carter Rolan Group are recruiting for a full time Permanent HR Officer to work for a fantastic, thriving and fast growing manufacturing business in the B25, Birmingham area. This role is paying £23,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience. This is an on site fulltime role, Monday to Friday.
Your new HR Officer role
- You will be supporting the HR Manager with daily HR tasks including;
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employment verification letters.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
- Manage HR-related enquiries from employees and external parties.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and documentation.
- Recruitment administration and more
What you will need to succeed in this HR Officer role
- An astute and capable HR administrator/officer
- IT Literate
- Working within a busy and fast paced environment, sometimes wearing different hats
- Adept at meeting tight deadlines
- A will do attitude
