Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent HR service? if so, Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be supporting our client on a new HR Operations Advisor role. The role will be hybrid with ideally 1-2 days a week on site in central Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced HR Advisors looking to make a significant impact within a growing and innovative company who are dedicated to enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency. The HR Operations Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth management of HR processes and supporting diverse, technology focused workforce. You will be at the heart of delivering timely, high-quality HR support to employees across the business.

HR Operations Advisor - Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line HR support to employees via phone, email, and self-service portals, ensuring timely and effective responses to enquiries.

Administer employee data updates and manage HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes.

Assist with the implementation of HR policies, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organisation.

Work closely with the HR team to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to various HR projects.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve HR-related issues and enhance employee engagement.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in HR Shared Services or a similar administrative HR role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification is essential.
