HR Business Partner - Occupational HealthLocation: Birmingham (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for occupational health? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to play a key role in supporting employee wellbeing, managing occupational health processes, and guiding stakeholders on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the business and external occupational health providers.
  • Provide expert advice to managers and stakeholders on occupational health matters, including employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management.
  • Support the development and implementation of occupational health policies and initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership teams to promote a healthy and productive workforce.
  • Analyse trends in employee health and wellbeing, making recommendations for improvements.
What We're Looking For:

? Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with exposure to occupational health.? Strong ability to partner with stakeholders and provide guidance on complex employee health matters.? Experience working with third-party providers (e.g., occupational health specialists, EAPs).? A relevant qualification (e.g., CIPD, Occupational Health certification) or equivalent experience is desirable.? Knowledge of employment law relating to health, wellbeing, and workplace adjustments.
