Job Title: HR Business Partner
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Birmingham
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a HR Business Partner for a fantastic Medical/Healthcare organisation in Birmingham.
THIS IS A ONGOING TEMP ROLE
The Candidates responsibilities:
- Regular updates to the Deputy CEO.
- Advising on any changes that need to be made on any policies and procedures.
- Supporting continuous improvements of all functions within HR.
- Overseeing all aspects of Change management.
- Heading up and seeing through projects from start to finish.
- Overseeing all Disciplinaries, Grievances, Redundancies etc
Skills Needed:
- Experience within a similar role is necessary
- Excellent communication skills and a proven team work ethic.
- Be confident when it comes to decision making and taking on any queries.
- Confidence in identifying any issues with the ability to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
