Description

  • Lead on evidence-based academic workforce planning within Higher Education.

  • Support the modernisation of pay frameworks, ensuring alignment with career progression opportunities.

  • Implement effective performance management processes.

  • Review and enhance academic progression, development, and terms & conditions.

  • Manage academic promotion processes and support contract implementation.

  • Develop and refine policy and process frameworks to drive institutional improvements.

Profile

  • Proven experience in academic workforce planning within a Higher Education setting.

  • Demonstrated expertise in modernising pay frameworks linked to career progression.

  • Strong understanding of academic performance management, promotions, and contract implementation.
