Lead on evidence-based academic workforce planning within Higher Education.

Support the modernisation of pay frameworks, ensuring alignment with career progression opportunities.

Implement effective performance management processes.

Review and enhance academic progression, development, and terms & conditions.

Manage academic promotion processes and support contract implementation.

Develop and refine policy and process frameworks to drive institutional improvements.
Profile

Proven experience in academic workforce planning within a Higher Education setting.

Demonstrated expertise in modernising pay frameworks linked to career progression.

Strong understanding of academic performance management, promotions, and contract implementation.

Ability to start within 2-4 weeks.
