A growing services business is recruiting for Senior HR Advisor to join their commercial HR team. This is an interim position for 9 months. Reporting to the Head of People and the HR Business Partners, you will provide guidance and employment law and HR best practice while ensuring efficient case management across the region.
Duties include:
- Provide expert advice on employment law.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of HR cases.
- Monitor and identify trends across the region.
- Work closely with department heads to develop and retain talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to HR best practice.
To be considered you ideally be studying CIPD with previous experience in a HR advisory position. A strong knowledge of Employment law and HR case management is essential. This is a regional role around based in Birmingham travelling to various sites around Milton Keys.
