Description

  • Implement talent development strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training modules to enhance employee skills.
  • Help onboard a new LXP
  • Coordinate with managers to identify training needs and gaps in performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives across the organisation.
  • Support the creation of a learning culture within the company.
  • Manage the talent review process to identify high potential employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Talent Development Specialist should have:
