OVERVIEW: L7 HR Tutor/Assessor

An opportunity to join a dynamic national training provider, we are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join their successful team.

The role is home based, working remotely from home most of the time. Full or part time candidates will be considered. Our client offers a family friendly and flexible working attitude.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR / Senior People Professional L7 apprenticeship to learners. The successful candidate will be L5 or L7 CIPD qualified and have strong occupational knowledge and experience of the HR sector. Ideally you will have your assessor award and a teaching qualification, although full training will be offered for the right candidate who has a genuine desire to get into training.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: L7 HR Tutor/Assessor

  • Train, assess, motivate and support L7 HR learners on programmes
  • Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
  • Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met and to monitor candidates progress, including carrying out regular progression reviews/additional support reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: L7 HR Tutor/Assessor

  • L5 / L7 CIPD Qualified
  • TAQA or CAVA Assessor qualification (or willing to work towards)
  • Strong occupational experience in within a HR role
  • Experience of working remotely
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
  • Full UK Driving License and use of own vehicle
