Reward and Benefits Specialist

The Reward and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the organisation's reward and benefits strategy.   • Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures, including salary benchmarking, pay bands, and performance-related pay schemes.
  • Support employee benefits programs, including pensions, healthcare, and flexible benefits, ensuring they remain competitive and relevant.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders and HR teams on reward strategies, policies, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including equal pay and gender pay gap reporting.
  • Conduct regular market reviews to benchmark salary and benefits, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage the annual pay review process, including budgeting, communications, and implementation.
  • Analyse reward data and present insights to the Executive Team, supporting decision-making.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding reward and benefit queries.
