SF Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experience HR Advisor.  This role is newly created due to growth.  This would be a great opportunity for someone to step up into a Junior HR Business Partner role where you will be involved in strategic projects along with operational HR.

The successful candidate will be used to working in fast paced environments, be CIPD qualified and happy to be site based 5 days per week.  You will be workinig in exceptional office space with an amazing HR team.

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm – 1 hour lunch (SITE BASED 5 DAYS PER WEEK)

Salary upto £45,000


This role requires a proactive approach and will be a generalist role and will play a key part in project work so experience within a fast-paced and growing business would be ideal. We are looking for an out-going and approachable HR professional who can come in and make a positive difference.

Key tasks:
- Working in partnership with line managers to oversee and resolve complex employee relations, including performance, absence and disciplinary and grievances

- Managing the performance appraisal system to drive high performance

- Collaborate with managers to understand future staffing needs, including succession planning

- Supporting and leading on change management

- Assisting in the development and implementatation of HR programs and initiatives to support business goals and objectives

- Partnering with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitve salary and benefit structures


Skills/ Qualification;
- CIPD qualified
- 2 years experience within a similar role ideally from an SME background
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Can thrive in a fast paced and social environment
- Be a proactive and strategic thinker

This role is extremely varied in the day to day activities and will offer the successful candidate a fantastic amount of exposure!
