This role is based in Birmingham, close to Star City, easily commutable from Dudley, Solihull, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Nuneaton, etc.

You should have excellent Employee Relations experience, having managed complex casework, and up to date on employment law.

This is a generalist role, where you'll influence workforce planning and recruitment, EDI and wellbeing, talent development and succession planning.
