We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Advisor to join our team and report directly into one of our People Business Partners. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting a specific function and covering end-to-end People processes while closely collaborating with our L&D, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Reward/Ops teams.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior HR Advisor to join our team and report directly into one of our People Business Partners. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting a specific function and covering end-to-end People processes while closely collaborating with our L&D, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Reward/Ops teams.

Description

  • Provide guidance, support, and advice to functional managers on People processes, helping to up-skill and coach individuals to effectively lead their teams.
  • Monitor, track, and handle Employee Relations (ER) casework, ensuring managers are equipped to handle these processes and intervening when required.
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics, identifying key trends or themes, and provide proactive initiatives based on data insights, while offering regular updates to the People Business Partner and managers.
  • Lead people initiatives and projects, managing time-lines, agreeing on milestones, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Work closely with the ER manager to update People policies, HR templates, training materials, and work flows to ensure compliance and best practices are maintained.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, creating a sense of belonging and being an ambassador for positive change to foster an inclusive working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team and People Business Partners on workforce management, flagging flight risks, identifying development opportunities, and supporting succession planning within the function.
  • Partner with L&D and People Business Partners to assess development and training needs within the function, capturing requests and ensuring course effectiveness.
  • Lead engagement action planning within the function, driving initiatives, tracking progress, and providing insights to improve employee engagement.
