Day-to-day of the role:

Please note that this is a standalone role

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and exit interviews.
  • Monitoring employee timekeeping, attendance, and sickness records.
  • Liaising with legal teams is necessary
  • Leading ER cases
  • Handling employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare job descriptions, advertising roles, and managing interviews.
  • Managing employee benefits and
  • Handling payroll

Job Requirements

- Must be able to speak Punjabi or Urdu or Hindi

- Proven experience in a similar HR role

- Need to show job commitment, 3+ years within previous company

- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.

- CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is preferred, but not essential.
