Senior HR Generalist

Day-to-day of the role:
Please note that this is a standalone role
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and exit interviews.
- Monitoring employee timekeeping, attendance, and sickness records.
- Liaising with legal teams is necessary
- Leading ER cases
- Handling employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare job descriptions, advertising roles, and managing interviews.
- Managing employee benefits and
- Handling payroll
Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak Punjabi or Urdu or Hindi
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Need to show job commitment, 3+ years within previous company
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
- CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is preferred, but not essential.
