Mechanical Surveyor

Mechanical Surveyor - Up to £50 per hour (Inside IR35) 37.5 hours pw - based in Birmingham & Nottingham (operating across Warwickshire, Coventry, and Lincolnshire), Initial 3-6 Month Contract (potential temp-to-perm opportunity)

Ford & Stanley are seeking a Mechanical Surveyor to work for a multi-disciplinary consultative business committed to delivering high-quality services across various sectors. Our team operates in Birmingham and Nottingham, extending our expertise throughout Warwickshire, Coventry, and Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual surveys of mechanical systems and equipment
• Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings
• Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively
• Surveying hospital equipment (desired but not essential)

Essential Skills & Experiences:

• Qualified Mechanical Surveyor
• Proven experience in conducting visual surveys and report writing
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience surveying in the healthcare sector is desired but not essential

Desirable Qualifications:

• NVQ level and upwards
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
