In this role you willoversee the smooth operational delivery of the contract strategy and the associated SLA's and KPI's in accordance to the budgets and commercials. Conductingregular reviews and action to ensure the service delivery meets business requirements.
You will also ensure statutory compliance across the assets and portfolio, mitigating any risks. As Account Manager you will create and maintain a capability able to successfully deliver capital projects.
The Account Manager is also responsible for maintaining and developing positive and collaborative relationshipswith with client, senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
