Are you a logical thinker with a passion for problem-solving? A leading Software-as-a-Service provider, managing over £10bn in transactions annually, is looking for a graduate to join their team as a Technical Business Analyst.

As a Graduate Technical Business Analyst, you will:

  • Work within a specialised team focusing on core system development, web solutions, or product implementations ??
  • Guide clients through a powerful and highly configurable platform, helping them maximise its potential ??
  • Design and implement tailored software solutions to meet client needs ??
  • Tackle complex technical challenges using a structured, logical approach ??
  • Translate client requirements into clear, detailed specifications ??
  • Manage intricate software builds to ensure they align with client expectations ??
  • Continuously monitor and improve various aspects of the system ??
  • Support the sales team by contributing to proposals and presenting technical solutions to clients ???

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Academic Excellence: A 2:1 or higher in a STEM subject, with strong A-levels (or equivalent), ideally including an A in Maths ??
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Enjoys tackling problems with a logical and practical mindset ??
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks ??
  • Quick Learner: Eager to take on new challenges and acquire new skills quickly ??

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts ??
  • Client-Focused: For certain roles, strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships are key ??
