IT Business Analyst - Up to £45kLocation: Birmingham | Hybrid - 1 day a week in the office

We're on the lookout for a brilliant Business Analyst to join a team that's all about making transformation happen at a leading professional services firm. You'll need strong Agile experience and a proven track record of working on transformation projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for business requirements and managing expectations.
  • Mapping out existing processes and spotting ways to make them slicker.
  • Creating and delivering reports, recommendations, and system improvements.
  • Working with teams, vendors, and partners to turn ideas into prototypes and solutions.
  • Supporting test plans and ensuring everything runs like clockwork during testing phases.
  • Collaborating with other Business Transformation pros to keep the momentum going.

What we're after:

  • Someone with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • A formal BA qualification (always a bonus!).
  • Knowledge of use cases, user stories, and activity diagrams.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project delivery frameworks like Agile or PRINCE2.
  • Sharp communication skills to get ideas across clearly and effectively.
