EPC & Renewable Energy Sector
Location: Birmingham, United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefits
Omega is working with a leading renewable energy company, seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support its Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) business line. This vital role ensures the highest safety standards across projects, fostering a culture of safety and compliance while coordinating key HSE deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support EPC Business Line throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with and coordinate project deliverables from HSE supply chain partners
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety policies and objectives are achieved
- Promote HSE culture within the business through communication, training programs, systems support, and advice to the project team
- Ensure compliance within HSE Requirements and local regulatory compliance
- Support the coordination of HSE supply chain resources and equipment required for project deployment across the UK project portfolio
- Conduct regular HSE compliance inspections and audits of internal and external EPC sites
- Organize and facilitate Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment workshops
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in HSE Management
- 5+ years' experience in construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of UK Construction Health & Safety Regulations
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
- Tech IOSH membership or equivalent professional affiliation
