Partnering with a leading global brand looking for an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to help them with a key part of their implementation. This is a remote role, 3 months initially up to £750pd outside IR35. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Subject Matter Expert to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. All our employees have reward packages, but currently lack a clear and consistent way to access and review this information. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing a Total Compensation Statement (TCS) solution within Oracle HCM Cloud that addresses this. You will collaborate closely with HR, compensation, and payroll teams across multiple countries and continents, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for our employees accessing their total compensation statements. This role demands a self-starter with a strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Core HR, with multiple client implementations of TCS in Global companies, and exceptional communication and project management skills. Key Responsibilities - Agree requirements, configure / develop, and implement total compensation statements within the Oracle HCM Cloud system, enabling employees to easily access and review their compensation and benefits information. - Collaborate with existing HR, compensation, and payroll teams across multiple countries and regions to gather necessary data and ensure accurate and comprehensive TCS statements. - Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Benefits functionalities. - Manage the project from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including employees, HR professionals, and senior management. - Provide guidance and support to HR teams in different countries on how to access and interpret the total compensation statements. About You The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong background in compensation and benefits and extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with teams across different countries and cultures. Your project management skills and ability to work independently make you a valuable asset to our team. Essential Requirements: - Oracle Certified in Workforce Compensation, Core HR and Benefits. - Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits professional with in-depth knowledge of total reward statements. - Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, preferably across different companies, with Global reach, and industries. - Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Experience working with international teams and managing projects across multiple countries and continents. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
