If you are a hands-on professional with expertise in Azure, Microsoft Servers, and SQL Databases, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career while playing a pivotal role in managing and developing technical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a range of technical operations, including cloud-based services (Azure) and on-premises servers.
- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and optimise SQL databases, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Liaise with clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience managing technical infrastructure, particularly in an MSP environment.
- Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and SQL Database management.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and system integration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
